Curious about the shipping time of your order? Please send us an email mentioning your destination country.
  • All orders will be shipped with tracking and fit through your mailbox. After completing your purchase it takes up to 5 days for your item to be shipped. A tracking email will be sent to the email address provided.
  • Order cancelations are not accepted.
  • Rennelier is not responsable for any incorrect address information entered by the customer. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before checking out.
  • Rennelier ships worldwide and is not responsible for any delays by carrier.
  • Rennelier is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

  • All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received in your country. These costs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.                     
  • Rennelier is not responsible for additional custom duties or taxes applied by country’s point of entry. If you decide not to pay for import taxes or duties and reject your parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

 

RETURNS

  • Make sure the item that you want to return is original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. It must contain all tags and labels attached to the product. Returns will be rejected when: Worn or damaged, including stains with fake tan or makeup, the smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
  • The item has to be returned in its original packaging.
  • All made to order sales and other custom sales are final. The garment will be made especially made in your size and can not be returned or refunded. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, due to an error on our end. Please email directly so we can help you out.
  • Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • Faultly or damaged must be declared within 4 days of delivery. Please get in touch with hello@rennelier.com and send us images of the damaged product.
  • Returns matching our policy are accepted on the condition that you contact Rennelier within 5 days of delivery. Send an email with your request and original order number. Rennelier does not accept exchange request outside of this time period.
  • Post the garment to our return address within 5 days of the exchange being authorised. Your return has to be send via tracked shipping. Send a copy of the proof of postage to hello@rennelier.com. The garment remains your responsibility until it reaches our return address. So please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs to return your item. Rennelier is not responsible for any shipping costs made. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Rennelier reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
  • Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at your discretion. Rennelier may require you to pay our reasonable postage costs before we return the item to you.

 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be done in store credit only.
  • Rennelier will send you an email when the return is reveived.
  • For your acceptable item returns a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. You will receive your code to get access to your store credit.
  • Your store credit will not expire.
